ENROBE Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with ENROBE. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a pleasant experience with our modest fashion brand.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please send a return request using the Contact Us form on our website. Once your return is authorized, please securely package the item(s) and include the original invoice. Regrettably we are unable to cover the cost of returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
ENROBE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition, including but not limited to, items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags, may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Method
We offer store credit only for returned items. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit will be issued up to 14 days after we have received the returned items. Any customs required to receive the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items
Products labeled as ‘Final Sale’ on the product page cannot be returned. These products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be returned for a store credit. Final sale items include heavily discounted or limited stock products.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
